Broodje Breien - Color study 3, interacting colors according to Albers - June 1, 2024 (11.00 - 16.00)
Broodje Breien is a concept of Loret's in which she tests out new components of programs before they enter the official classes of De Amsterdamse Steek. A laboratory, in other words. Ripe and green mixed together, a real preview for the participants, always a surprise and always inspiring. And always (almost always) about knitting. Intended for knitters who can knit pretty well, but feel like being challenged in a group with other knitting enthusiasts (with the most fantastic stories and incomplete projects) to color a little outside the lines. So a little rough, but incredibly well prepared. The topic is always secret until the event takes place. A day with introduction, instruction, materials packets and a nice lunch. Once started at her own bakery down the street, but gradually grown into an independent event.
